- STsusan tyler4 days ago5.0We have stayed at this establishment a couple times while they were under construction. Even during the upgrades the service was amazing. We live an hour away and i had 4 doctors appointments in this area so we decided to check indigo out now that construction is complete. We were definitely not disappointed! From the time we walked in we were greeted with a smile and hospitality I wish i was better at remembering names,however, everyone we encountered was friendly, professional and just so sweet. Now,let's get to the amenities. The rooms are very clean and beautifully done. The pool is very clean and does not smell of chlorine at all. The toilet has not only seat warmer,but a bueday(however you spell that) The food was amazing. The Manager/Owner was very friendly and made sure you had everything you need for a pleasant stay. I took videos I wish I knew how to post. Overall if I could give a 100 percent rating I would . Whenever we are in this area and needing a hotel this is the one we will stay at.
- HGhannah gabrysJan 1, 20265.0We were able to get a last minute room on NYE. I am so genuinely pleased at how clean and nice our room was. We got a two queen bed and were able to request a crib for the baby. Everything about our stay was pretty great. The heated toilet seat and bidet was probably my favorite part of the whole room. The high-powered mist setting in the shower was so amazing, I didn't want to get out of it lol. The only downside was one of the smoke detectors on our floor must have been low on battery because it was chirping all night. No biggie. The Griffin(?) breakfast was pretty good, and our waiter was very kind and interactive with our sons. Front desk staff were very helpful and in good spirits. I'm so glad we were able to get a room here last minute, it was absolutely worth the money, and we look forward to coming back when we're in the area. Thank you!
- SSShaiJan 1, 20265.0Checked in last night on NY eve, the guy and lady at the front desk were so sweet! The guy even helped us bring extra towels up to the room because our hands were full; so sad that I didn't catch his name! And this morning, Sandy and Sherry were so sweet as I was checking out for the day. They were very welcoming and nice! I'd totally recommend this hotel. The hospitality was wonderful and the room was clean and updated. They also had really cute decor in celebration of the season. I'd totally come back here and I'd recommend others to stay, as well.

The whole room was half finished, the shower was built so poorly it doesn't come close to closing, the wifi doesn't work, the kitchen doesn't have the ingredients to make anything on the menu, one of our TVs had no power cord, they knew we would need the pullout couch but they gave me no blanket and a pullout bed that was still tied shut so we couldn't open it, the room came with no blanket for me and when I asked for one I got this paper thin hospital blanket, and the Wi-Fi hardly works

When we showed up, the staff said the room we'd booked (with a jetted Jacuzzi tub) wasn't available anymore, but that they could give us a room with a couch instead for the same price. We said that we had booked a jetted tub room solely because we wanted the jetted tub (not a couch) and asked if we could please just cancel since the room we'd booked wasn't available. They refused and wouldn't give us a refund. Luckily, Expedia was amazing and gave us a refund (at their own loss), even though we had paid Hotel Indigo not Expedia. The general manager was also very rude and unhelpful, along with the desk staff. 0/10 Hotel Indigo. I would never stay here or recommend this location to anyone. 11/10 Expedia for being incredibly polite and helpful despite the general manager refusing to negotiate with them.
