I was worried to book because of some of the bad reviews, but our stay was great! Very clean room, good location for what we were in the area for, easy parking, the staff were very friendly and kind for our stay. There was a rolling desk and chair in our room which was super convenient for working on laptops in the room. The room was very spacious too, and had a mini fridge so we packed some snacks for breakfast and it fit out dinner leftovers with lots of space left in the fridge. No complaints whatsoever!

The room was so nasty that there was flies all the walls and curtains. We paid for a jacuzzi room didn’t get that instead they put us in a handicap room because they had no other available. The customer service was horrible the lady at the front counter was so rude. I would advise people not to stay here.

Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Front desk service was quick and friendly. Only slight negative is room was only partially serviced. Bed was made, took most of the old towels, but left new ones in one big pile. Also left the overflowing trash can unemptied. Still, would stay again next time I'm in the area.

I have never written a review for any restaurant, hotel, or service before. However, the utterly horrendous experience at this hotel compels me to take the time to explain why no one should ever stay here. The rooms were filthy: clumps of human hair on the floor, sticky counters, no soap or shampoo in the bathroom, and it was obvious that no effort had been made to vacuum or clean in at least two weeks. The staff was unprofessional, with many employees simply loitering around doing nothing. They were constantly on their phones, showing no attempt at providing even basic customer service. At one point, the so-called “bartender” walked into the lobby smoking a blunt before stepping behind the bar to serve drinks—an absurd and unacceptable sight. Furthermore, the number of “employees” dressed in plain street clothes and idling about gave the impression that this establishment was little more than a money-laundering front. Finally, the billing and checkout process was equally appalling. They could not provide a proper invoice for the stay, despite having the reservation number and even after I forwarded them the booking confirmation email. To make matters worse, a mysterious $60 “meal charge” was added to the already incomplete invoice, even though I never ate or drank anything on the property. All in all, this was a horrendous stay. I cannot emphasize strongly enough that no one should ever set foot in this hotel.
