- JRJoe RMar 5, 20265.0My stay here was nothing short of great. The staff really seemed to be happy to help me with anything I asked for and did it with a smile. The one guy, Sean, that was just so nice and so helpful with getting more linens and towels amongst other things that made my stay great. I will be coming back again in the future and I hope Sean is there again. Thank you Holiday Inn for a nice stay.
- NBNicole BeemonMar 1, 20263.0When I got to the hotel our bed she still has things on them however the front desk clerk handled it so swiftly and quickly that it amazed me. Not only that, we was removed to another room. Housekeeping service the following morning was exceptional and getting what we needed in our room. Her (Marcia) smiling face and respectful gestures made it more better to the point I forgot about the incident that happened prior with the bedding. Breakfast was nice and everything else is clean decency in an order.

The room we were given was pretty worn... the furniture looked like it came from a second hand store. But the bed was quite comfortable. My complaint is there was no coffeemaker in the room, had to go to the breakfast area anytime we wanted coffee. Also, not that it's the hotel's fault but seeing people in pj's at breakfast is uncomfortable.
