Decent place if you're working in the area. What irritated me, I was there 4 nights. Arrived early Monday, put my Do NOT disturb sign on the door. Lay down for a quick nap. Heard knocking followed by the door opening. I yelled hey, they closed the door and said sorry. Every single day I got back to the hotel, there was a note saying "we know you have a do not disturb sign on the door so we couldn't service your room." Do they think I'm stupid and accidently left my DnD on the door? Do they think I can't go a week without them? Or did they enter my room when I was working, since there wasn't anyone in the room to shout at them? Horrible policy to harass people about having the room serviced.

Checked in late on Thursday night (OCT 30), as we were checking in myself and my partner noticed the breakfast sign (that we were never told about). Basically saying the fridge is broken and breakfast will be limited, I asked the girl at the front if there’s a partial refund or anything that will be applied because of this issue. We booked here because of the breakfast and we know what to expect. Was rudely told no, then she said they would have everything as normal but just limited.
Next morning, there was only bagels, cereal, oatmeal, yogurt and frozen eggs (hard as a rock). This was the rest of the weekend mornings. Only had maybe 3ish nice faces out of the whole time there (interacting with maybe 10+ employees).
Only had housecleaning go into the room 1 time out of 4 days (the bed wasn’t even made nicely just flipped back). The room was dirty to start with and we probably left it cleaner than they do.
Saw a lot of stuff under areas (leading me to believe they really don’t vacuum).
Came here for my boyfriend’s golden birthday and was a major let down of an experience (I felt horrible brining him here as we both left unhappy and angry with the experience and treatment we received). When we checked out no smile or nice face from ANYONE, left feeling more like a burden then anything.
Would never recommend this place to anyone.

Overall experience went well. There were stains on the fitted sheet and hair all over the mattress topper underneath when i had to change the fitted sheet out for a fresh one. You have to pay for breakfast it’s not complimentary, honestly not worth it. I went at 7 am and the food was cold and had gnats flying all around the area. It was good for a one night stay unsure if I would stay longer than that. The style of the hotel is very modern and updated.

I was a little hesitant about reserving a room here looking at the reviews but we took a chance. Check in was easy and the front desk clerk was really nice. we got a room with a jetted tub the room itself was really clean but it do need some renovations some of the plaster was coming off that was near the tub and the bottom part of the shower look like it was a little molded. The furniture was outdated but in ok condition. I always bring my cleaning supplies and clean over everything. But the Jacuzzi made up for everything.
Breakfast was mediocre They had sausage, omelette pre-made, and potatoes. pancake machine was out of order so there was no pancakes or waffle and the juice machine was out of order so they had a few bottles of juice in the refrigerator They had no water bottle or no pitcher with water. We didn't care to much about the breakfast, but if that's something you look forward to don't. Overall I would come back again just for the jetted tub.
