So, lets get the Intercontinental Hotels Group....send some funds over to Three Rivers, lets get this Building back in tip top shape, and then maybe we can Rent Rooms again?!?! BECAUSE RIGHT NOW, Y'ALL DO NOT NEED TO LIE AND WASTE PEOPLES TIME. Majority of Guests are Contractors, in need of a decent room, Food, SAFETY.... and a clean place to relax. IF YOU GUYS CAN NOT PROVIDE THIS AT THE TIME, THEN STOP WASTING OUR MONEY AND TIME. #ihg @ihg fyi: LETS UPDATE THE WEBSITE, HUH GUYS!?!?!! STOP WASTING OUR TIME AND MONEY! RIDICULOUS! ***DO NOT BOOK HERE....AT LEAST FOR NOW!
- LOLisa O'BrienApr 21, 20261.0Beware - the owners of this location lied both times I called to check the condition of the hotel. It is currently boarded up and very musty smelling due to storm damage. They assured me the hotel wasn’t damaged much and “all is well” to stay.
- EHEdward HofheinsMar 31, 20261.0I just checked in on 3/31/26 because you cannot cancel a reservation without a 24-hour notice, this hotel was hit by a tornado on the 6th. looks like the tornado was yesterday. Most windows are boarded up, and the building is in shambles. Holiday Inn website stated no damage or construction in process. IF you have to stay in this town go to the Super 8, no outward damage.
- BHBrady HaleMar 29, 20262.0If you are booked to stay here after March 2026, DO NOT. The hotel was hit by a tornado, and they did not alert customers with future bookings. There is debris from the storm everywhere, shattered windows boarded up, you can't even use one of the front doors because it was destroyed by the storm. Definitely not a newly renovated, clean hotel as advertised. Pass on this hotel!
