I said this is Three Rivers Michigan right? He said yes and I told him you have 2 hotels $79-89 a night within walking distance of this building and your rate is 3X their rates for a Wednesday in Three Rivers, Michigan, where there are no buildings above 3 stories. I said are you serious? The location alone doesn't warrant a weekend convention price for what appeared to be a basic hotel. I said I'm a retired law enforcement officer from NY and Holiday inn Express hotels in NY aren't price gauging people like this. Please do your best to find somewhere comparable to the services you want to receive and don't be a victim to this type of grifting. I will never entertain this business in the future and definitely will tell people I know to avoid it as well.

The room was not up to standard, it felt very unclean and poorly maintained. Basic expectations like cleanliness and comfort were simply not met at all. He also mentioned that getting assistance from staff was difficult and that concerns were not handled properly. For the price paid, we expected a much better level of service and professionalism.

The first floor foundation is uneven so pool door and exterior doors can’t fully open before getting caught on the floor. Caulk in our bathroom looks like I did it myself ( not good). Service was kind, friendly, and responsive. The whole hotel was clean in spite of how much snow and salt was being brought in by guests. The pool was nice. The location was great for us.
