  Excellent stay. Clean rooms, friendly staff, and a solid breakfast. Everything was smooth and comfortable from check‑in to check‑out. Highly recommended!

  I had some incredibly noisy neighbors - doors slamming 4-5 times a minute, yelling and screaming kids, some kind of mostly unsupervised kids' birthday party. They did this until 1:45 AM. The hotel staff was very responsive, talked to them 3x in an hour and moved my room as soon as I said I had enough. The stay was disruptive and bad, but I am writing a review because I think the hotel handled it very well. I have stayed here 3 other times and always had a clean, functional room with very nice front staff.

  The staff and accommodations at this hotel were like being at home. Warm, attentive, consistent good food, and very welcoming. I highly recommend this hotel. Rita, Manal, Amira, Bashira, and Sana, kept our rooms clean, and our breakfast plates full. Jenna, Richard and Trinity, did a great job handling our reservation and any needs we encountered during our stay. Friendly, priced competitively, and central to all the surrounding areas we traveled to. You won't be disappointed. 👍👌✝️

  This is the worst igh we've stayed at. The tank on the toilet apparently didnt hold water and wouldn't flush when I used the bathroom in the morning. The blinds wouldn't work and my husband had to fix them just so we had privacy. I had a bagel and it turned to mush immediately I couldn't even finish the first half. Hubby had pancakes and they didnt come out correctly. The apple juice was very watery compared the the other ihg hotels we have stayed at. It was very noisy and even had some one hit our door hard at 12:00 in the night. Love that the movie theater was right behind it though. We will not stay at this one again.

  The room was cleanand spacious, but not quiet. From room 314 We heard lots of doors slamming and seemingly every move of the neighbors above us. Note for visitors with small children: standing showers only, no bathtubs.
