- MHMelissa HallNov 29, 20252.0Normally the only complaint that I have is that the walls are thin and you can hear other peoples conversations, phone ringing etc. HOWEVER… our most recent 5 day stay was unfortunately when there was a kids hockey tournament in town. The parents allowed their children to run up and down the halls in the morning and at night. The kids also played hockey in the hallway. The hotel manager and staff did their best to address it with the guest but it didn’t matter is still happened for 3 days straight. It was HORRIBLE! For what it’s worth…. The staff were very nice and sympathetic. To have this experience for what we paid will make us skeptical about returning.

- SAShan AOct 26, 20251.0Booked this hotel for the weekend and by far my worst experience. Upon entering it’s this no partying sign but clearly this hotel don’t follow their on rules. Me and my family were woke up several times throughout the night. The floor above us was so loud bumping till about 12:30am. Then it was a bunch of guys drinking and smoking right outside the entrance of the hotel. I had called to the front desk no answer of course. One of us had to call from our phone from them to answer. It shouldn’t have took us to complain they were directly right outside in front of the building. I will NEVER BOOK AT THIS HOTEL EVER! It’s unacceptable for people to pay to relax for the weekend but paid money to be woke up ALL NIGHT.
