Nice staff, clean, great pool area (warm enough for 1 1/2 & 3 year old to enjoy both pool and hot tub at the end of December). We’ll definitely be coming back

Disappointing experience with the room labeled "standard" had small dimensions with limited storage and seating. Room faced the parking lot and bridge with truck traffic. Small ledge with one chair. Pricey. No free breakfast. Indoor pool was not heated enough for our liking and the pool area chilly. We prefer IHG but we'll skip this location next time.

I come out to this area for work a lot and almost always stay at this hotel. It's got a lot going for it.
But best of all is the people. My travel this week has been an absolute nightmare and when I spoke with Samantha (God I hope I didn't mishear her name) she worked with me to make sure my accomodations were taken care of and I could cross the hotel stay off my long list of troubles. Thank you, sincerely.

Checking in was friendly and easy. Room was very clean. Bed was comfortable. And shower was invigorating. But the tub did not drain well. Also the refrigerator was not cold at all. The whole hotel needs a little TLC. Furniture throughout is old, chipped. The yellow chairs in the hall of the hall lobby were stained and gross looking. We ate breakfast at the on site restaurant. The waitress was friendy and attentive. Food was good. Over all good place to stay.

Stayed here for one night just passing through town on a work trip. The hotel itself is nice and was decently clean. Staff were nice but nothing over the top. Only reason for the 4 stars instead of 5 is because our shower/tub would not drain at all. And we could easily hear our neighbors. It’s not like they were being loud but we could hear the small things- like them turning on the shower or even flushing the toilet. Overall, not a bad place to stay but I wouldn’t recommend paying over $150 per night. At that price, it wouldn’t be worth it.
