The staff were constantly working on different things, cleaning up, taking care of their guests, maintenance, etc. You can tell they take pride in their hotel and actually care. We stayed in a King room, I was pleasantly surprised with how spacious it was! There was a nice Chase lounge and lots of counter space/ unique storage. They had the place decorated really cute for Halloween. We swam multiple times. The chairs in the pool area were pretty worn down but the pool was clean and they kept the temp very warm inside which was nice. If you need gathering space, they have a lot of tables and chairs in the main space that are perfect for that. I am from Southgate and my family live very close. I will definitely stay here again next time I am in town.
