    We had a reservation through Priceline on Saturday September 27. I made the reservation online at 11:40PM. When we showed up at the hotel around midnight, the girl working the front desk told us there were no rooms available. We sat at a table next to the lobby and called around trying to find a room. Once we had booked a room, the girl behind the desk said that she had a room. We couldn't cancel the new room, so we told her we weren't interested. I called Priceline on Sunday for a refund, and when they contacted the hotel, they said they couldn't issue a refund without the Hampton Inn's permission, and that the manager wasn't there on Sunday. I have called Priceline and the Hampton Inn multiple times, and still don't have a reply. DO NOT STAY HERE. Management/Service is horrible.

    There is currently construction going on at this location. The bins are adjacent to the building in the parking lot. They do not clean up any of the debris and there is broken glass and screws and other waste strewn about. This section of the parking lot is not blocked off. I got a screw in my tire and had to spend the entire day waiting for it to be patched, as well as pay for it. Additionally, the front desk staff who was on duty on Saturday had an appalling attitude and should reconsider working in the service industry.
