    The hallways and my room reeked of urine! The pool and Jacuzzi was very disgusting... I'm sure that grey Jacuzzi water made people that were brave enough to get in there sick!

    0/5 stars – Worst hotel experience ever We stayed here this past weekend and arrived late, so we didn’t think to check the bed immediately. That was a huge mistake. We woke up to bed bugs crawling all over the pillows and blankets. When we reported it, the front desk staff thought offering a free breakfast would fix the situation !! which was completely unacceptable. We had to demand a refund ourselves. This was by far the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. Bed bugs are a serious health and sanitation issue, and the lack of urgency and concern from staff made it even worse. Room number: RM 202

    Pool/hot tub ruined my suit and caused skin to break out. It turned my almost new dark blue suit to this brownish-reddish color. Nice staff though.

    The conference room could use some improvement. Screens are too low and so it is very difficult to see if you are seated in the back.
