- JJJamieJan 1, 20263.0Room was clean. Front desk service was pleasant. We stayed NYE and the pool was closed the next morning for maintenance. It was myself and 3 children. This was a really poor choice of day and time due to the number of families staying for the holiday. Why would you close a pool on a holiday? One family had an accident at the pool and asked me if I had any bandaids. The front desk did not have any. I opened the first aid kit in the pool and there were two empty boxes sitting in it- and you guessed it, no bandaids. We came down for breakfast at 9am (ended at 9:30am) and the majority of the food was gone. Nothing was refilled the entire time we were there and people ended up just leaving when there was no food left. We stay at hotels across the country quite frequently and have never had this happen before. We left hungry.

The staff is very friendly, the rooms are clean and quiet. Breakfast is the usual complimentary hotel breakfast, coffee is available 24/7. We did not take advantage of the pool, nor did we use the fitness center (treadmill, free weights, stationary bike, elliptical). Surprisingly we returned after our first day out and about to fresh towels. They didn't make the bed - which was fine with us.
