- AKA KaliSep 29, 20255.0We stayed at this location for our first trip to Michigan. We were able to take day trips to Holland, Sagatauk, and Grand Haven which were all less than an hour away. Very convenient to downtown South Haven, too, just about a 5 minute drive. The area seemed safe and right off the expressway. The hotel itself looked new, very clean and bright as we walked in. The common areas and room itself smelled very fresh. The hotel staff was friendly, especially at the front desk and the person in charge of the breakfast eating area. Our only complaint is that the walls are thin, and we had neighbors that were up very late, talking, laughing and closing doors which made for a rough night’s sleep. This was in no way the fault of the hotel.
