    I don't leave reviews but had to... so I check in with my 3 sons (under 16) and we get to the room, enter and realize there is someone in the bathroom and the room showed being used. I apologize to the guy go downstairs explain and the girl says nobody is supposed to be in there and gives me another room. So we get settled go swimming, use the weight room order pizza and rent a movie. It's 11 pm we settle in to watch our movie and turn the volume up and up and up till it's full blast. If you crinkled a paper you couldn't hear it. So at midnight I go down explain it and the very helpful guy at the desk gets us another room. I guess I'm writing this because we don't stay at broke down hotels and at $200 + a night 5 miles from home turned into a headache. I'll end with breakfast was good 👍

    Rooms are ok, soundproofing could definitely use some improvement. Disappointing part is that from my arrival through the next day everybody hides behind a closed door making it an inconvenience. I understand that the workers have to do things but the closed door just lends the autonomy to be sleeping or doing whatever not available for the guest.

    We recently stayed at the Hampton Inn for an extended two-month stay, and we truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From day one, the hotel and our room were consistently clean and comfortable, and the staff was nothing short of amazing... always friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. The breakfast each morning was great with plenty of options. The hot cocoa bar and afternoon cookies were such a thoughtful touch and something we looked forward to! We were there over the holidays, and even though we weren’t at home, the warmth and kindness of the staff made it feel special. We will always remember the Holidays at The Hampton '25 and the wonderful people who made our stay so enjoyable. Special thank you to Carol, Maha, Anna, Ahlam, Wisam, Mansil, Alicia and the rest of the team for making our extended stay such a positive and memorable one. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

    Only disappointed that the they are taking out their hot tub so it was close. Service was excellent....room was very nice......room was clean.
