Location: Very ideal and close to anything you’d need for your stay. Breakfast: Many options and has flavor, would recommend. Pool Area. 0/10. There is NO hot tub, they are removing it completely yet online it says there is a hot tub. The pool itself is freezing (even after I asked the pool guy to please make it warmer) it was still super cold. There was also was so much chemicals in it we couldn’t swim in it. It burned our nose and made the littles feel dizzy. The steps are also slippery and pool appeared not to be cleaned or scrubbed and that they just added chemicals. Housekeeping: Housekeeping needs to do better, they miss so much. Laundry room was filthy, hidden trash in hallways and in rooms closet. Security: After a certain time the doors locked and you need to be buzzed in which felt secure. Parking lot is well lit, hotel is tucked behind Walmart which felt safe away from the cities busyness. Overall, it could be better but overall id recommend but for a short stay.

- JRJennifer RossiAug 15, 20255.0Overall great hotel. All the staff was very friendly with the exception of the young man that worked at the front desk in the evenings. He just seemed very annoyed and unhelpful and unprofessional. I will give a shoutout to Melina who was super friendly when the WiFi was out unpon my arrival but again the young man was unpleasant to talk to who worked evening/night shift. I didn’t eat the breakfast in the 5 days I stayed, so no comment on that.
