  Not as pictured! This is a decently located property - and you definitely get what you pay for . The whole lobby was not available for use, the sauna was broken, the pool in a state of disrepair. We had to stay and shelter for an extra night due to storm conditions, and staff did not allow use of the breakfast room or conference room (both bright and with tables) for my family to sit at and do puzzles/crafts etc - so without any other seating area , we were literally confined to our room. Rooms are decently clean but outdated and needing updates and repairs.

  I keep getting bothered by Best Western to write a review, and, honestly, I was trying to forget about the stay. My room was filthy and plagued with issues: only one blind inside the windows worked, so there was very little natural light. Trying to get the blinds to work I noticed the grime on the window sill. I moved the chair out from the wall, to get a better view of the TV and the leg fell off...clearly broken for a long time and under the stool there were pieces of potato chips. Next to the wall there was a lot of debris, like paint chips. Speaking of paint chips and missing paint, it was everywhere. My shower had big chunks missing and stacked up on the upper shower sill. There were plastic anchors hanging out of the walls. Painters tape left stuck. No body wash. Two tissues and the box was empty. Stains on some furniture. I took pictures of all this because I couldn't believe it. My four business associates had the same experience as I did. The breakfast was on par with most hotels, not great, not bad. Acceptable. There, you wanted it, you got it.

  Best Western. The place where everything is just barely acceptable. Our room was ok, but in need of a refresh. The breakfast was bad. The waffle machines were down and the eggs cold. The coffee was not tasty. Would not stay there again.

  The rude foul mouthed manager laughed while he told me my reserved "ground floor" was on the 2nd floor at the top of the stairs. The handicap accessible room had been rented to a healthy young person
