  Had to pull over and stay here during a snowstorm, didn't have a choice. There was only a handful of people here and they stuck everyone in rooms right next to each other. Didn't get any sleep because other people were talking loud as possible until 2AM. Breakfast food was not good at all, sausage was freezer burnt and rock solid. We were told the plow would be here at 5:30 for the parking lot. Its 9am and there's over a foot of snow out there. They slide your receipt under the door at unknown hours of the wee morning, how awkward is that? Beds were not comfortable, the temperature control cant hold a steady temp so youre either sweating or freezing. Thankful to have a roof over our head last night during this storm but wow this place is lanky!

  Hotel is outdated but that’s to be expected for the cheaper rates and whoever was working the front desk at ~8am on 1/1/26 was rude. Just know this place isn’t going to exceed expectations by any means.

  Had to stop in Saugatuck during a massive snowstorm and the staff was incredibly helpful and kind. Best Western was the ideal spot for me to crash!

  If I could rate this on service alone it is a strong 5 star! I would give the service a 5 star even if it was a much nicer hotel. The rooms were as expected for the price but Peter at the front desk could not have been more accommodating, helpful and friendly! I don't know what Peter gets paid but he deserves a raise!!!

  Room was perfectly clean and the staff was very friendly. There only complaint is the coffee in the morning was really watery but outside of that, I think this is a great hotel and would stay here again!
