  I’ve stayed at a lot of holiday day inn expresses and have never had any issues until this weekend. First, the staff must have terrible management or owners. Everyone was absolutely miserable, every single staff member I encountered. Multiple times I heard the housekeepers discussing other customers unprofessionally. My daughter and I waited 4/5 minutes to use the elevator because 3 staff members were blocking the elevators by talking and discussing work related issues. The hotel was obviously recently updated in the last few years but is not being unkept. Everything was gross. Pool area- no towels except littered on the floor. The pool disgustingly warm. Also the cherry on top we found multiple toe/finger nails in the room on the floor. I hate to be a Debby downer/karen but when you’re paying $160 a night you expect at least cleanliness. I will never be back to this location and I hope whatever upper management issues that are clearly happening are resolved.

  It was horrible first we ordered a handicap room for our stay witch they told us we would have once we got there some big guy came out clothes hanging off gave us a dirty Jacuzzi room got in shower hair from other person was still in it I cringe the floor of the shower never get washed over all the place is dirty and need housekeepers that really does the work over all I was disappointed and very disturbed I thought it would be a gorgeous clean place but no I'm not being mean I'm being honest that place is overrated over price and dirty

  I would give this place zero stars if I could. Our first night there, there were cops, drunk women and their 6 children screaming at 4am right outside our room. There were tons of bugs and the room had an awful smell that hit you right in the face as soon as you walked in the door. This place was very noisy, dirty and not family friendly. Housekeeping was awful when they did actually come and “clean”, our trash was not taken and our bed was half assed made. We also maybe got towels twice with the week we were staying there. You could tell every person working there hated their lives and they let you know it. We were in the middle of our shower and the water just quit working and when it did come back on it was brown and dirty. This place is a sorry excuse for a hotel. I would not recommend.

  Very clean and comfortable room but beyond that the staff was amazing. So kind and professional.
