The towels are like paper towel- they are so flipping rough. The water pressure needs to have its prostate checked. The breakfast bar was put out and then never touched again. Literally an hour of empty trays and no refill of anything. The front desk person was sitting at the desk watching YouTube. That’s about the long and short of it.
