My experience at this hotel was mediocre at best. The location is convenient, just minutes from the highway, with plenty of stores and restaurants nearby. The neighborhood felt safe and quiet, which was a positive. Unfortunately, the positives ended there. Upon entering my room, I was immediately hit with a strong musty odor, likely from a pet that had previously occupied the room. I notified the front desk, but no alternative rooms were available. The next morning, while drying my face after showering, I discovered several long black hairs stuck to my towel, a clear sign of poor housekeeping standards. Breakfast was also disappointing. It ends at 9:00 a.m. on weekdays, which is early compared to other Hilton Brands. The food that was supposed to be hot was already cold, as though the warmers had been shut off. To make matters worse, I arrived six minutes before the posted end time, only to find the hostess already dismantling the breakfast bar while guests, including myself, were still arriving for food. Her behavior made it clear that efficiency and personal convenience were placed above hospitality and guest experience. Being rushed out of the breakfast area—especially when it closes so early—was frustrating and unprofessional. With at least nine other hotels within a half mile, I will not be returning to this one. Next time, I’ll be choosing another option.
