- BSBrenda Shacks2 days ago4.0Smooth/Profesional from Checking in to out. Staff approached with extended invite for comfort. Safe/Clean/Big comfy rooms. Quiet resting, everything properly working. The lobby is cozy with a hot beverage bar, Ice cold fresh water, the Grands would smell the freshly made Popcorn and get a bag. Art, along with other staffers appeared to go beyond duties (From offering my Grands channel options to cleaning up their spills and oopsies) I appreciated the hot beverage bar, hitting it up 5 or 6 times daily. It was always stocked with varios options. Breakfast was okay, I ate every morning choosing self made waffles (2 changing flavors) & Sausage. Safely located in walking distance to stores/restaurants. Gas stations/ other businesses near. Local residents have a huge incidental hold.

Went to changed rooms, was told they didn’t have anymore available, complete lie, I checked with corporate. I’m a Hilton member and offered to pay more. I stay at approx 70 Hiltons a year, never again in Saginaw.
- JBJ barFeb 7, 20265.0Room was clean, bed was comfy, hotel looked nice, and the room was well sized. The gym wasn’t bad. Dumbbells up to 75lbs, had a few kettle bells, and one cable machine. Didn’t try the breakfast.

Shades don’t work, heater doesn’t work like it should, shower wall is broken, closet door was completely off the track and leaning against the wall, shower took 10 minutes to get hot, quality of the remodel is terrible. Wallpaper is already peeling off the walls.
