My friends and I spent a weekend here in November 2025. We didn't have hot water for the two days we were there. When my friend that booked the room spoke to the person at the front desk, she was told we would get some money back. She has been trying for two weeks and they will not refund any money.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were spotless, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Courtney at reception especially stood out for her outstanding service. I would definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to staying again.

Very rude staff, if you have a Service Dog, watch out, they ask for a certificate, for the dog. Since I would not provide them with the paperwork that they cannot ask for, the very rude lady said I can cancel your reservation, I said yes please. There reason for asking for paperwork was because they are independently owned and can do what ever they want. Proof of certification is not required per ADA law.

They gave our rooms out to other people, and then when we came back to get our rooms after they were gonna fix the issue, the front desk lady said to us she has to still clean our rooms, this was all at 10pm at night, my Grandpa who is a very old Vietnam veteran and sick with cancer was with us too. This is unacceptable to treat guests like this and give away their rooms, her next statement to us was “I’m not a professional cleaner so just remember that when you walk in” implying our rooms would not be fully cleaned the way they’re expected to be after being given out to other people! Absolutely horrible place. Did not even give us any discount or accommodation afterwards. After dinner which took us two hours, we had to wait another 45m for our rooms to be “cleaned”. Again this was at 10pm at night.
