  Very nice location with staff that's very intune with customers needs. They have a breakfast bar that may need little work but have a decent gym and nice indoor pool. We will be staying here again when we come back.

  I would highly recommend avoiding this hotel. Policy and greed outweighs customer contact. I am a somewhat heavy traveler and been an IHG member for literally decades with little to no problem. Made an online reservation (in fairness with full payment) for my wife traveling through. She encountered somewhat of an emergency situation and had to change plans rapidly. After resolving the situation with her, I called the hotel directly 55 min after the reservation to apologize and request the need to cancel. I was told to speak with management to obtain a refund of the charge. I left a message with a manager and after 2 days of no call I called again. Today I managed to connect with Abdul - who in a matter of fact manner indicated they would not be flexible in the conversation. Policy is policy. I could understand if this was booked weeks in advance and I missed the window, but that was not the case. Glad you got the $116 IHG it's the last dollar you'll get from me or anyone in our family. This is a perfect example of the opposite of customer relations. Update: 3/30 to be clear the response from the property was just words. Apology for not returning the call - sure thing, I get it we all get busy, no problem. Thoughtful consideration for this situation? Not any more thoughtful in the response as it was when I spoke to Abdul directly. Just words. As I stated, my recommendation is to avoid this place. My money will not contribute to this level of greed and mismanagement again.

  I've been to other locations that ive enjoyed but not here. I went twice and wont go again. The "second chance" after my first stay was worse than the first. They asked how I liked the stay and was contacted by management assuring that it would never be so terrible again... when you wake up to police banging on doors, it's not ideal. The rooms are nasty. The elevator floors were sticky and wet. There were also people outside in the parking lot doing drugs.. The photos are from the second stay.
