    *****I RECEIVED A REPLY AND CALLED THE NUMBER SEVERAL TIMES ALSO SENT AN EMAIL NO RESPONSE, so I’m going to update my review everyday***On February 14th I checked into my hotel room(432). After check in I left for dinner. Upon my return I wanted to watch tv while my boyfriend was in the shower. I tried several times to turn the tv on. I called the front desk and explained the situation to Amanda she told me it was nothing she could do maintenance was not there. She offered to change my room and I declined I told her that was not necessary she said that she would add some reward points to my account because I’m a ihg member I told her that was fine. At 2:30am we attempted to cut the light off above the tv after not being successful after flicking each light switch I called the front desk to explain yet another problem in the room. After telling her what the problem was I was met with hostility because again as she yelled it was nothing she could do. I asked her why was she yelling it’s not my fault the hotel was not providing the amenities that are suppose to be offered. She hung up on my face. I called her back she picked the phone and hung up on me again. I called back and asked why she hung up she said she wasn’t going back and forth I went downstairs to ask her when the manager would be in she said they didn’t work on weekends. I asked her what her name was she said Amanda I told her that I would be calling corporate. I get back to my room proceed to go to sleep and it was a knock on the door. I asked who was there it was Roseville police department. He asked me what happen I told him the situation he said that I was being trespassed from the property. The ppl d watched me and my boyfriend get dressed. I was in lingerie he was completely naked. I’m filing this complaint because I believe she gave false information to the police department I didn’t threaten her life I didn’t yell at her. She was the aggressor. I believe she saw I was black and profiled me an angry black woman. I’m not only filing a complaint with you but I’ll be consulting and attorney as I feel I was racially profiled

    My trip here was nothing short of amazing! The rooms were very nice spacious and clean. The front desk service was great! They were very nice, i was greeted with a smile and felt very welcomed. I have free Wi-Fi, the breakfast was amazing. I will highly recommend, as to why I'll be back soon 🤩

    I was double charged and have reached out many many times to get this resolved. I was told that Morgan had handled it. Not one manager will call me back. Now I have a new manager Will. I have a case number 10586201733. I don't like leaving negative reviews, but I can't seem to get any response. Can you please address this, this is not professional. It is unprofessional that I am emaiing these managers personally. Why isn't there a Holiday Inn email?
