  I love IHG Hotels! This particular location in Roseville has excellent front desk and kitchen staff, but needs a little improvement on their rooms! Meaning carpet stains, or wall paint defects. Which understandably is normal wear and tear but it can be improved.

  Great location, close enough to home for convenience but far enough for a fun mini vacation. Food was delicious and fresh. The staff was lovely all around. Khadija made sure my kids had good food, crayons, and coloring pages during breakfast. My kids had a great time with the whole experience.

  My room is very comfortable Staff is friendly and helpful Jason at the front desk was the first person I met and has made my stay very easy and a very difficult situation. Leaving my home. Abdul and Sherman have met me daily with a smile as many of the other staff members. I don’t know all their names yet. I love the walk-in shower. The room is clean. TV works perfect nice desk. My only suggestion would be to put the telephone between the two beds instead of on the desk, but everything is very comfortable very clean and the staff is wonderful and keeping it up. has two shades one is a room darker and it works well. I sleep like a log It’s a great place to come with a family or alone or as a couple. I highly recommend the Holiday Inn in North Roseville.

  I don't know where too start? First the breakfast was awesome and I was extremely impressed 👏 by the kitchen lady her name was Khadija. She informed it was her second day and she was alone. I wouldn't even noticed. She ran a great shift! Go Khadija!!!!! I will be looking for you next time! Great Job!!!!

  Stayed here over the weekend for a youth hockey tournament we were in town for and needless to say we did not have a good experience. We have traveled to the Detroit area every year for hockey tournaments and this was our worse hotel experience. The staff was constantly harassing our kids to be quiet when they were in the halls and in the lobby at times when they were not even being loud. It culminated in during our second night stay at the hotel when the gentleman at the front desk stopped our kids in the lobby and threatened to call the police on a group of eleven year old kids simply for being in his opinion “too loud”. Keep in mind the parents were sitting in the lobby with them as we had all just got back from playing a late evening game and instead of coming over to us and speaking with us about the noise level of the kids, he used the threat of calling the police on them which is ridiculous and unacceptable. When confronted by an adult about expressing his concerns about the noise level of the kids to the adults versus threatening to call the police on the kids, he advised they had been running around all night and he had already spoken to the parents about the noise level which is not true because once again we had been gone all evening and had just got back from playing a late game. There was also other youth hockey teams staying at the hotel. When confronted with this fact he simply stated he is just doing what he has been instructed to do. If this hotel is going to participate in “stay to play” room blocks, then they need to be more understanding and perhaps have a designated area (conference room) like most other hotels do to allow kids to go into and hang out in if they are going to be that strict about the noise level. However no one should ever use the threat of calling the police on a group of kids for simply being “too loud.”
