  Lots of highway noise. Do not get a room that faces the interstate. You’ll hear cars driving by all night. That’s the only complaint I have but it did make each night difficult.

  Staff was amazing!!! Room was a little on the "basic" side with a few hairs in the shower and cracks in the flooring, actually found a piece of carpet cut out with a pop tab on it next to the pull out bed. The TV did not work we had to unplug everything and plug it back in ( HK should be checking the remotes when they clean the rooms) oh and breakfast was crap on Saturday am but on Sunday it was pretty good. Pool was nice and cold, was not heated at all.

  A little pricey compared to others but I enjoyed my stay. Clean, comfortable rooms and pleasant staff.

  They signed me up for a loyalty program on check in without my knowledge. If they ask for a phone and email on check in I recommend giving them the contact info you reserve for spam.

  I have stayed at hotels at all across the country, and have never seen such an amazing team assembled working in sync, harmony, peace, and no drama whatsoever! Kelly, the manager, is doing an amazing job and Angel who is the Supervisor for Housekeeping is parallel in her professionalism and abilities. The entire staff is courteous and kind, and the hotel rooms are very clean with the staff always ready to accommodate!
