Nick went above and beyond to make my latest stay even better - huge shoutout to him. The entire team here is great and I highly recommend this location.

During our stay the staff was incredibly helpful. Nick was very personable & accommodating. He made it feel like home as much as he possibly could. You couldn't ask for a better, personable, make you laugh manager than him. Keep making people feel welcomed & keep them smiles on their faces, Nick, I already know you will. Sarah kept me sane when I needed a break from all the madness in our rooms. All the staff was very kind, actually. I tried to make it less stressful for them with 4 kids aged, 14 down to 1 but they all handled them perfectly. The rooms were clean; the hotel always smelled nice & stayed clean, most importantly, the kids loved the breakfast & the pool, it gave them something to do. The pool was being redone when I checked out & was looking good. When I need a break while waiting to get back into my home, I will definitely be headed to Holiday Inn Express. You couldn't ask for a better group of employees, Holiday Inn Express should be proud of their employees. I will miss you guys & hope you all have a Happy Easter. Thank you to each & every one of you. We appreciate you all!!! I hated to leave today, you build relationships & get to know people & worry if you will see them again, well I hope to keep in touch bcz you all made me feel welcome every day we were there.
