He was committed to resolving it and did not leave me hanging. Plus, he was just super nice. Sara who also works there in Port Huron was also extremely friendly when I arrived as usual. I work there for business.

Their staff is pleasant and accommodating during our stay with Thomas (manager) being helpful in explaining additional details with me about my status and hotel protocol. The breakfast area was clean and well stocked, new coffee machines on property. The room was clean, the shower pressure amazing and the bed comfortable. Three nights here with consistent great service. Highly recommend and will stay here again.
