We were with a hockey team and management was extremely rude when talking to us in the hallway. I completely understand if they have quiet hours after 10; but when it’s 2:45 in the afternoon and you’re hanging out in the hallway this is unacceptable. If you have an issue and ask for us to quiet down that is one thing; but being rude about it is another. Paid a lot of money to stay at a run down property; I would at least expect the staff to be professional. Terrible experience; would not recommend. If you are with a team - look elsewhere.
