We had a group of rooms booked for a wedding, the group was staying here for 2 nights and had it booked over a month in advance. When we get there, the lobby, swimming pool and hallways were full of travel hockey teams. The hotel booked one of them in the GROOMS ROOM! They offered to check other hotels for him and told him he was out of luck and they were full....

We stayed in room 304 and the room smelt like some serious dangerous mold. The room reeked of mushrooms, which is very hazardous and indicates there is dangerous mold in the air!! DO NOT stay at this hotel it’s NASTY.
You can find something better. The carpets felt filthy in the room, the beds were in terrible shape and very loud with almost every movement. The workers are very nice and accommodating but would absolutely not reccomend this hotel at all.

Me and my friend booked one night on Halloween. The lady who dressed up like a scare crow, she was super nice!
But we got room #328. I first walked in, and the smell was making me gag.
Bed, meh. I've had worse, but still not comfortable.
The room needed... basically tear is all down. The carpets were so gross. The shower and the tub had some pink stuff. I did not know if someone puked or if it was just mold. But I did not shower.
The pool. I only dipped my feet in because I did not want to submerge myself in. There was a key card at the bottom of the pool, very cold, there was a lot of brown stuff at the bottom of the pool. Definitely do not look up, there is a few tiles that need to be fixed. As far as the hot tub, I did not get in it. After the pool, I did not want to go in the hot tub. If the pool is that gross I don't even want to know how the hot tub is.
And here's a kicker. Me and my friend were packing our stuff up and I was about to go. The housekeeper just opened the door!! I was a housekeeper years ago. Usually the housekeeper will knock a few times, and say "housekeeping!!"
That was not the case at all!! We even had the "do not disturb " sign up!!
For almost $200 a night, find another hotel. Definitely not worth it!!

Maintenance issues. Staff are great but the hotel needs work. Lukewarm water, door off of adjoining room when we needed privacy, remodeled room has issues with workmanship, fire alarm interrupted our stay as they were upgrading. Again, staff was friendly, accommodating and kind. Ownership has a lot to be desired.
