We got the non smoking "suite", and keep in mind, I understand it's a best Western so I understand it's not super classy but there were cigarette burns in the drapes, the room smelled of smoke and tar stains on the ceilings. The guy that worked the counter at night was the best though. Super friendly and went out of his way to meet our requests.

Only able to see them because the sink was white. As we were leaving there was someone trying to open every door in the hallway that looked homeless. He exited the building when we saw him.
