This time around, the housekeeping staff doesn't seem to understand that people are sleeping throughout the day sometimes. I checked in around 430pm, at 6pm it sounded like the housekeeping staff was having a get together in front of my room, it was so loud that I had to turn my TV up. At midnight, seemed like someone was aggressively vacuuming the room next to me as they kept slamming the vacuum into the wall. The place is clean, don't get me wrong...just seems like the staff doesn't seem to understand volume levels.

- SMSeema MehtaDec 23, 20251.0We stayed at this hotel for Thanksgiving weekend as it’s conveniently located near my in-laws. We reserved 2 rooms. There were no king beds so we got 2 queens. My husband’s bed was infested with scabies. The rash has been very uncomfortable and he’s on antibiotics and steroids for almost a month now. It’s also triggered eczema and he will have scars. Housekeeping is taking shortcuts and did not change the bedsheets between guests. We told the manager of the hotel and he did not care and said he got scabies from somewhere else. We weren’t looking for compensation but just wanted them to take precautions so it doesn’t happen to someone else. Stay at your own risk!
