  Our room was lovely, we had a suite with a full size fridge and microwave with pull out couch, two chairs and then the bedroom w two queen beds. We were upgraded to a valley view with two balconies and it was lovely. Breakfast was good, staff was very friendly. Biggest downfall, especially since we stayed with kids, was the pool. Apparently there must’ve been something wrong with it based on the amount of workers we saw going to and from the pool room, but it was a filthy pool and was freezing cold. I didn’t feel comfortable having my kids go in for very long andwish they didn’t advertise having a heated pool when they definitely don’t. Kids were so excited to swim, so that was a major disappointment.

  Me and my family were on a 3 day road trip and were pleasently suprised due to the poor quality of this hotel. First of all the pool has bandaid and hair all over and the water looks like it hasn't been cleaned in weeks. Next up me and my partner were swimming in our pool with our shoes sitting by a chair and when we came back we were surprised with ants all over our shoes and clothes, when we consulted with the hotel manager we were presented with "four Dollars for the washer." Finally my family of five bought a room with two queen beds and a loveseat we were expecting for the 5th person to sleep in the live seat but instead we were presented with a small chair, the fifth person then had to sleep on the floor and has severe back problems.

  This place is very run down. The pool is filthy. Our toilet was plugged when we got into our room. Everything is just dirty, broken and run down. The pool was packed with people and I don't think alot of them were even staying at the hotel. There is absolutely no way anyone is giving this hotel 5 stars! Those reviews are very suspect!

  Skip this hotel. We stayed here for a ski trip, and we were disappointed immediately with the broken shower lever and dirty tub, but thought, whatever, it’s 2 nights. We were excited for the hot tub after skiing, but it turned out to be broken. The front desk’s reaction suggested that this was normal. The sauna was also broken. The knob just turned and turned, but nothing happened. The front desk girl wouldn’t give us our money back, but let us cancel the next night. We will be moving on and will not be staying here again.

  My husband and I were staying there during the blizzard in March and I want just want to give a HUGE shout out to the staff. Especially the ladies working the front desk, both AM and PM. The blizzard caused a lot of chaos and they handled it all so graciously. Even when there were multiple vehicles stuck in the parking lot (including a motorhome). Additionally, my husband and I were staying there because he had surgery in town, and they made sure we had the perfect room and that we were able to get out of the parking lot Monday morning. I wish I would have asked for the names of the two ladies up front, but they deserve a major bonus after getting through that storm with limited staff! I would 100% recommend staying here, the rooms were clean, location is great and service was wonderful.
