  Went to take a shower and there was no soap left in container.. staff was nice but the rooms could use more attention to detail as far as cleanliness!

  This place was accommodating.Had to get there a day early and had the room waiting.Spent the whole week . Breakfast was very nice .Staff was nice friendly.

  I came here for a mental health break and this hotel was the perfect place for me. My room was nice ,the gym was great and the pool area was beautiful. The staff were very kind and helpful when I needed something. The breakfast area was nice and have a decent selection of food to choose from. They had live plants in the pool room and plants seem to be well cared for a hotel! Very impressive. Will be staying here again in the future.

  Save your money... Room was dirty. Socks and crumbs under the pull out couch, crumbs on the pullout bed. Mirror in the bedroom had idk what splattered on it and something looked like it ran down the mirror. There was food crumbs under the island, the stools at the island had food all over them. The shower ceiling is peeling and falling off. None of the surfaces were wiped off as there was dust, filthy finger prints and food stuck to the counter. When using the coffee maker the water for my tea came out brown. TV's were streaky, bedroom door has something white stuck to it. White stuff stuck on the wall by bedroom mirror. Things stuck on the ceilings, behind the toilet was filthy and when sitting on the toilet there's a strong smell of urine. Dust everywhere! A unidentifiable pill on the floor. Paid for late check out at 2pm normal is 11am,only for housekeeping to knock on my door at 11:30am and than 1pm. Around our check out time, I had loaded everything in my vehicle and came in to go to the bathroom... Shocked as the bathroom door opened... Again housekeeping... While I'd love a full refund for my stay, it most likely won't.

  The pool is huge and the kids enjoyed it. The staff is great there just isnt enough of them for the size of the hotel. There was an odor in our room, the room was kind of dirty (they didnt move any ottomans to vacuum the massive amount of crumbs underneath) and the tv didnt work. When we called the front desk, they didnt have any rooms to switch us to but did offer cleaning supplies so we could clean the room ourselves. When we asked for a manager, they said there wasnt one onsite but they would have them call us. No call ever came. We will think twice before staying here again.
