  So two weeks ago we stayed at a different hotel we were not happy so this time we searched went to two different places that were pet friendly but couldn't get the rooms we wanted because pets had to be on the lower lever well this whole time I thought this place was only for the hospital it's not THANK GOD I absolutely loved staying here I'm very picky about getting a hotel room as soon as I walked in I new it was the place I have not seen a cleaner hotel the staff are so friendly and helpful I wish I new the lady's name who checked me in cause she was amazing and so kind my room was spotless and it had everything I wanted free washers and dryers for guest use the pool and hot tub were so clean great breakfast in the morning and the best part is it's quiet and there was a lot of guests there the kitchen staff keep everything clean and house keeping are all so nice I'll never stay anywhere else and I'm not joking absolutely perfect place to stay if your gonna be a few days I had a ground floor king suites and I highly recommend for long stays has a refrigerator beautiful kitchenette spacious sitting area and the beds are so comfortable thank you so much to all the staff I really appreciate my stay with you and I just wanted to say I checked in Tuesday evening and the lady who checked me in is wonderful I don't know her name but the room was under the last name Campbell and I was in 128 she definitely deserves a thank you

  Pam was an amazing help! Amazing worker and worked with me closely to figure out what room I should get and she got me the best price. Seriously a great person and I assume my stay will be just as good.

  Had an opportunity to spend a few days at the Staybridge Suites in Novi, Michigan. Room was very accommodating---little kitchenette area with everything one would need to fix a quick meal. Even a laundry basket in the closet! Bed was comfortable, shower water got hot fast and great pressure. Overall a great experience! The one thing though is that the walls are paper thin. Woman in the room next to us was on the phone for hours and either she's just really loud or she was right up against our wall. Either way, it was annoying. And I didn't realize they don't have cleaning services every day so I had to go downstairs to get clean towels. No big deal.......again, overall a great place! And Pam at the front desk? She was outstanding!

  My family and I saw the reviews on this hotel and saw it was recently renovated with a pool so we went with this as our top choice. The housekeeping went above expectations. It's been hit or miss at hotels since covid. There was a great breakfast selection. Everything was clean and cozy. The kids had a fun time at the pool. We got to do our laundry for free which was nice after the pool runs and not leaving with wet clothes. Great hotel.

  We were given the opportunity to stay at this hotel due to the fact we had a flood in our home. Unfortunately did not have a good experience we got room 203 and the safety door latch on the inside did not work also even while in the room and locking the deadbolt my 2-year-old granddaughter could pull the handle and the door would open and she was able to run down the hallway. Management is refusing to give us another room or refund the Housing Association so now we do not have a place to say tonight unless we pay for it! We will never be back! If you have an issue be sure to get a photo or video which I unfortunately did not! Al's management did was argue that they have put in all new door locks! Obviously someone didn't do it right in at least room 203! I see you finally responded to my review what's concerning though is that the Housing Authority that was assisting Us in paying for a room being that we couldn't stay at our home had their management department contact your management and the situation was not resolved! We did not have a place to stay that night with my two-year-old granddaughter and you still charged the Housing Authority $169!
