He was friendly, polite, and made me feel like a real guest, not just someone passing through in the middle of the night. Check-in was quick and easy, which I really appreciated at that hour. Ramon greeted me with a smile, made sure I had everything I needed, and even chatted a bit to make sure I felt comfortable. The hotel itself was clean and comfortable, but it was Ramon’s attitude and kindness that made the experience stand out for me.
