Not bad hotel, for $200 though I shouldn't get toilet paper that is the cheapest and thinnest possible, also breakfast doesn’t start when their listed time states online, have to go off of the times on the paper they give you, last little thing (being picky) lady at the front desk took like 15 minutes to check us in while I was holding things that couldn’t be put down (check in before you grab your stuff, just didn’t think she’d take so long), this is a decent hotel but for the price point these things shouldn’t be happening After writing this I read another review about that old lady at the front desk haha they loved their room but gave the hotel 3 stars because of that lady, if only businesses knew how to be more successful and correct deficiencies

This is a very nice place to stay. Great pool and hot tub. Breakfast has a bunch of options. Very peaceful and quiet. Room was clean. Great TV and tons of channels. I would recommend this place and I will stay here again.

Writing this review months after my stay now that I've had much more time to compare to other hotels within the brand. My stay was multiple weeks. I stay in hotels for work constantly. The breakfast options was the best I've had at any Staybridge or other similar tier IHG place. It's also in a nice area close to the things you need. But. The room was not very clean on day 1, nor was the upkeep cleaning done very well. I also had to ask for replacements for things like shampoo and soap. 2 of 3 of the exercise machines were broken for my entire stay. The billing made no sense and made it very difficult to submit expense reports. Something I have not ran into anywhere else, even on extended stays. Talking to their staff and management did not help at all I will end up back in this area for an extended stay in the next year, but I won't likely return here. The ridiculous billing procedure alone (that no other hotel has tried to pull on me) is enough to avoid it if you have to stay multiple weeks.

RACIAL DISCRIMINATION from an employee named Pam!!! We stayed at this hotel from the 12th to the 17th and it was amazing, beautiful rooms, clean, nice staff, great breakfast. Everything was great! We have a flooding problem at home and could not go back until the 19th and we loved it so much we rebooked for an additional two nights, the 17th to the 19th. Everything was great until we ran into Pam in the pool area, my five-year-old daughter grabbed the doughnut flotation device because we locked our keys in the car and was waiting for my fiancé to use a hanger to grab them so that we could get her life vest out the car. Pam yelled at our 5 year old daughter and told her to PUT IT BACK NOW! because of how rude she was, I told my daughter to ignore her and I told her to go get a staff member. She said she worked there, but was in a swimsuit enjoying the pool area as if she was a guest, anybody can pretend to work at a facility so I told her to go get a manager, she responded with “I am going to call the police on you guys” at that point to avoid confrontation we completely ignored her and an employee came in and told us to put the donut back. We complied and explained to her that we were only using it until my fiancé could get our child’s life vest. She said she understood and we placed the donut back on the wall. When I had went up to the front desk to ask for the manager’s number. Pam was there, and she kept trying to tell my daughter that she was so beautiful after yelling at her, trying to seem extremely innocent for the other employee and at that point I had walked away because of frustration. We got the life vest, and I came back up to the front desk to request the supervisors information again, and I was told that the general manager needed us to leave the premises because … (1) We were using the donut (even though we put it back on the wall after the employee asked us once) (2) Arguing with an employee “Pam” (that was wearing a bathing suit, swimming, & on the premises as a custom) … at least I hope so because if that’s what their employees do on the clock, that is absolutely ridiculous. (3) All of a sudden after being there for over a week we were “doing drugs” on the premises after a verbal argument with Pam? Yes! We were accused of DOING DRUGS out of no where! We called the police and even though the police agreed that this was an absolutely ridiculous situation especially us being accused of doing drugs after a verbal argument with an off the clock employee and absolutely after being there for over a week with no complaints prior to that incident. The police voiced that they did not agree with the hotel. Our car was even checked for drugs, and none were found, and the police also said that they will be writing in their report that we were completely polite and understanding of the situation. But we had to leave because it is privately owned.
