Welcome to the NEWLY RENOVATED Holiday Inn Express Novi. We are less than 1 mile from the Twelve Oaks Mall and centrally located in between Novi, Farmington Hills, and Wixom corporate companies. We welcome corporate travelers visiting Harman, Toyota, Nissan, Akebono, Daifuku Webb, and many more. We also welcome many traveling teams attending the Novi Ice Arena, Total sports, and Walled Lake Northern High school for Dance competitions.
12 Oaks Mall, Fountain Walk Entertainment Plaza, Bay pointe Golf Club, Glen Oaks Golf Club and many other locations in Novi, Farmington Hills, Wixom, and Livonia. The hotel is just minutes away from corporate complexes on Cabot Drive, Country Club Drive and Hills tech Drive.
All of our accommodations offer newly renovated spaces. We also offer free Fiber Optic Wi-Fi or hardwire connections. 24-hour fitness center or go for a swim in our indoor heated pool. Each room is equipped with a Single King bed or two Queen beds, mini-fridge, microwave, and Keurig coffee makers.

- ABAll BJan 1, 20264.0My experience was great from check-in down to the hearty breakfast served the morning of my check-out. The room I was in was decent, but a bit noisy. Not sure what mechanical device it was, but something kept making loud noises throughout the night. I am not a light sleeper and it was enough to wake me multiple times. Charmaine in the breakfast area was super helpful and took my experience to the next level. Will definitely keep this hotel in mind when I am looking for another staycation.
- GJGary JJan 1, 20265.0The hotel overall was really nice. I will say if you’re on the second floor, make sure they don’t put you in the room next to the roof with all the equipment. It was knocking through the night and woke me up earlier than I wanted. I went down to breakfast and met a beautiful positive soul. Her name is Charmaine and she works in the food area. She was so nice and so accommodating. That just made the stay here worth it. I stayed here for New Year’s Eve into New Year’s Day! It’s nice to encounter someone like that to start off your new year!! Charmaine, if you read this, keep being amazing on purpose!! ☺️☺️

Special kudos to Charmaine, one of the many wonderful women on the breakfast staff, for always going above and beyond, and for helping patrons start the day off with good food and positive energy! Definitely one of the better locations that I’ve stayed at.

We have stayed here a few times and we love it. Not to mention the pool is always empty my kids love that.
- SMSherry MDec 21, 20255.0Hotel located in a great location near expressway. Close to Novi mall but away from the traffic of Novi mall 😊. The staff were polite and room was very clean. Large televisions. The heat or blower was loud so I had to turn it off after a few hours. Like most Holiday Inn they offered breakfast but I didn't eat so I cannot rate. They had a nice small pool, kids would love. There was also a weight room. I seen 2 treadmills but don't recall the other equipment. Excellent price for a good location, clean room, pool, weight room, and breakfast. The hotel was quiet but it could have been because there appeared to be very few guest the night I stayed.
