Welcome to the NEWLY RENOVATED Holiday Inn Express Novi. We are less than 1 mile from the Twelve Oaks Mall and centrally located in between Novi, Farmington Hills, and Wixom corporate companies. We welcome corporate travelers visiting Harman, Toyota, Nissan, Akebono, Daifuku Webb, and many more. We also welcome many traveling teams attending the Novi Ice Arena, Total sports, and Walled Lake Northern High school for Dance competitions.
12 Oaks Mall, Fountain Walk Entertainment Plaza, Bay pointe Golf Club, Glen Oaks Golf Club and many other locations in Novi, Farmington Hills, Wixom, and Livonia. The hotel is just minutes away from corporate complexes on Cabot Drive, Country Club Drive and Hills tech Drive.
All of our accommodations offer newly renovated spaces. We also offer free Fiber Optic Wi-Fi or hardwire connections. 24-hour fitness center or go for a swim in our indoor heated pool. Each room is equipped with a Single King bed or two Queen beds, mini-fridge, microwave, and Keurig coffee makers.

My biggest complaint is that halls and rooms smelled like weed and crack. Especially at night, the bathroom reeked of weed, as I’m assuming someone else was smoking in their bathroom and it traveled through the vents. Not the greatest experience. Also, in my three night stay, I never got a room turn-down. The front desk people were always helpful when I needed something, though never excited/eager.
