Housekeeping was done early and well everyday as I asked, that's not always the case even when requested. Megan and Deirdre in the bar were very friendly and hospitable. There were junior hockey teams staying at the hotel and the hotel did a great job with them so that they didn't disrupt other guests. The location is great with lots of restaurants within walking distance and lots of shopping as well. The only downside is the rooms feel a little dated but that doesn't really take anything away from the experience at the hotel.

You can really tell he cares about the guests. I also noticed another lady at the front desk who was just as calm, helpful, and smiling the whole time — it really created such a warm, welcoming atmosphere. Zac even surprised me with a hot chocolate to go, which truly made my day! I left feeling so happy and taken care of. Thank you, Hilton Novi, for the outstanding service!

Breakfast is typical hotel breakfast with a single waffle maker, eggs, potatoes, fruit, oatmeal etc. There is a mall across the street. You are able to walk to stores and resturants. Staff at check in and in the evening were pleasant. However had a problem at check out. Did speak to the general manager after I arrived home. Who made me feel as a valued guest. She made sure I was satisfied with the solution to my issue. Overall despite a negative interaction with a employee. It did not affect my overall view of the hotel. Would recommend a stay at this hotel.
