Looks like a budget hotel with how it is maintained, stains everywhere in the hallways, in the room. So many stains. $18.95 per person for continental breakfast. No cookies when arriving as promised. Two Ice Machines and neither worked and staff stated it has been a problem for some time but did not offer any alternatives or ice. Last 4 stays with Hilton Brand Hotels, my previously trusted brand have all been very disappointing, looks like my family can no longer trust Hilton for our stays. Lack of usable outlets. None of the perks you usually expect at a Hilton Brand. Great area, great location but this hotel does not meet basic standards. An actual quote from my son, “ok, dad is not allowed to pick the hotels anymore, he used to pick the best hotels but the last few have been awful”. Hate to pay money to take the family away for trips only for them to be disgusted and disappointed by the hotel you stay at.

After waiting they couldn't activate a key for me and manual opened my door promising that I will have a working key under my door. Morning of the 8th now and I have no key, the front desk AGAIN did not know who I was or when I checked in or that I was told a key would be given to me. This is absurd...no apologies or attempts to make it up to me. No wonder the reviews keep getting lower and lower for this place.
