They are lucky to have such a wonderful member of their staff greeting the guests. Will definitely stay here again when we are back in town.

Scotty Poll was extremely helpful and took time and went above and beyond to straighten out our reservation issues. IHG had screwed up and cancelled us. Scotty got to the root of the problem and took care of us. A very Good Guy!!
- AGAmy GonyoOct 20, 20252.0I went to an open house of the new hotel a year ago and won a gift certificate for a 1 night stay. When I made the reservation, I called the hotel directly and spoke with the front desk lady and she said to bring in the certificate. I got charged the full fee for the room a day before I arrived. When I checked in, I gave the lady my certificate and she put it to the side. The first room I got still had trash in the garbage can in the room and bathroom so I asked for another room which I got. Pool was not heated and cold. Breakfast in the morning was ok. When I checked out, I reminded them of the free stay and she took down my information and today have called 2 times to the sales person who has not returned my calls. I'm not too impressed with how this has been resolved and do not think they should offer these gift certificates if they cannot honor them.
