Nikkita the “Manager on duty” is horrible. Reporting her asap for being horrible at her job. Has zero customer service skills. Treats you like you’re disturbing her. Best not to disturb her because she’ll let you know just what a nuisance you are to her. She’s basically a Karen but SHE’S the manager. A Karen turned manager. It’s the nightmare we all fear. I was tired when I arrived and I accidentally checked in, even though I had done a digital check in. That set her off. She said “what is it you want from me. You’re already checked in”. I’m like daaaamn. Sorry. Karen. Later in the evening I informed her there were people banging on my door at all hours of the night. Not something you expect at a hotel. But she’s like “Oh well, what do you want me to do about it”. WOW. Karen. Nothing worse than being a diamond reserve member at the worlds crappiest hotel chain.

Okay spot, kids liked the pool and hot tub. The heat was crazy hot in our room, even though it was 15 degrees outside we actually turned our heat off. The beds were not very comfortable. Everything else was perfectly adequate.

Solid. Meets all the basic needs of the traveler. They are price gouging on weekdays as other local hotels are not available.
