Our room happened to be ready an hour early. It was helpful as our baby was in dire need of her nap. Cecelia was extremely helpful and hospitable! The hotel was extremely clean and had a fresh coat of paint outside! I'm sure it will go from good to amazing after the remodel!

She went the extra mile for my granddaughter. She lost a tooth and was nervous the tooth fairy does not visit hotels. She made her a special tooth pillow to place under her pillow. She put all her fears to rest! Very family friendly and pet hotel!
