Pleasant, MI hotel, and he went above and beyond to accommodate and provide the hotel conference room for over 20 Marines on recruiting duty across the state, to be able to conduct their monthly sales training, when our previous location fell through last minute. He and his staff were awesome! Bob thank you so much again and we look forward to future training events at your hotel because of you!

He didn’t want to believe me and didn’t want to check me into a new room either but I kept complaining and got one. I was told I was wrong even though I have a picture. You could clearly see the blood without the black light as well. It makes it easier to notice. Not impressed.

They were incredibly accommodating with every request big or small and truly made me feel welcomed. The service was fast, friendly, and genuine, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was warm and inviting. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I’ll definitely be returning and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for outstanding hospitality!
