Nice hotel with a decent bar/restaurant attached. Pool is nice, but tends to be cold. Hot tub is great!

Recently remodeled, with clean, modern rooms. The bar has decent food and a good drink selection. I always stay here when traveling for business.

This is our second year at this facility and we were very disappointed this year. We rented 3 rooms for 6 adults and 2 kids. We were aware of the renovation as we had seen it when we booked, so expected some inconvenience. We were on the 5th floor which was very nice, renovation complete and very clean. They were still only operating one elevator which was difficult but we would have used stairs to speed things up as we usually do. However the stair accesses were blocked off. This was very concerning as I believe that is a fire code violation and again, we were on the 5th floor. Even the access on the far end away from the renovation site was blocked off. Had there been some sort of emergency, someone could have been seriously injured in the stampede to find a way down. Also, we enjoy the pool but some of us more than others, so another draw for us is the advertised arcade. It’s not elaborate but is sufficient for us. This year almost every game was broken and the cue ball was missing from the pool table. We advised the front desk, they said they would take care of it. The next day, the cue ball showed up but still no working video games or even claw machines. They also did not/would not put “out of order” signs up so you knew ahead of time. They were apparently not going to fix them, but didn’t mind if people kept dumping money in them for nothing. When we spoke with the front desk, the woman was very rude and said there was nothing she could do about it. Difficult to explain to our grandsons when the lights and noises were working, nothing would happen when they followed the directions and put their coins in. My suggestion would be to open at least one stairwell for safety’s sake and if you’re not going to do upkeep and some updating in the arcade, then close it down and quit advertising something that can’t be used. Very unlikely to book this property again, ever.

Ordered food from the restaurant, about $65 worth, and I was told the wait would be about 35 minutes until the food was delivered to the room. After an hour of waiting and a call down to the restaurant our food got delivered and luckily there was a microwave in the room because I didn’t want to wait even longer because I have two kids and they needed to eat and go to bed.
