Make sure you read your reservation email. You WILL get charged if you do not cancel 21 days in advance from your reservation. Very sad !
We canceled our reservation a week in advance due to illness, still charged the fee. Just be aware!!

When we checked into the room which we were staying at for the next 7 days. Stated to put stuff away and in the corner there appeared to vomit possibly from a dog. When staff came they did clean it up but you would of thought they would of offered a different room or some type of compensation or something.
There was a super cold wind that came in under the heater/ac unit. We ended up planning pillows to block the air as nothing was ever done correct issues. Good thing I brought my electric blanket.
Then there was this guy I think named Chris. He was assisting with Breakfast. But I found rather interesting that he would wear gloves go to the Kitchen then answer the phone open a door, go over to the front desk do something there and then come out of the front office with the gloves still on and then come back to breakfast area and place food out then take the gloves off and threw them away. I didn't understand why he even used them.
Housekeeping ladies where super friendly and accommodating.
If managers got out of their offices got off their cell phone and checked out rooms this could be all taken care of quickly
