This was disgusting and beat up. Weird vomit (hopefully?) stains on the walls of the bathroom. Broken trim on the cabinets. Small baby pillows instead of normal. Smelled of weed in the hallway. Poorly painted over graffiti on the door to the room.
It's hotels like this that make it absolute bliss to check into a REAL property.

Could use a refresh on the rooms. Some bits of mold in the shower.

Very disappointed with Hilton policies. Made reservation at 11:00 am. Was forced to cancel at 2:00 same day due to last minute emergency travel. Charged me full price ($154.00) because they were not given 24 hour notice (note: reservation was made 3 hours previous). My work sometimes requires last minute changes and this is the first time I was refused any type of accommodation. Hilton has lost my business forever. Corporate office was useless with assistance.

Facility is very well kept and rooms are comfortable. Breakfast is good and on occasion was great (today had scrambled eggs, bacon and red skin roasted potatoes!) And Raquel kept it well stocked. Staff is the shining star here. Front desk very welcoming and helpful (special kuddos to Brittany and Kara) and housekeeping folks are very friendly and do their job very well (special thanks to Regina and Tina). Manager Cameron was so kind.
I have stayed at many hotels for work and fun and this is one of the best run.
I will give warning about rooms 117-121. This is a pet friendly facility (these rooms are close to door for animals) and across from the laundry/housekeeping and elevator machinery. Can get rather noisy so choose different room unless you have a dog!

I recently stayed at this Hampton Inn for a week, and it was shaping up to be a place I’d return to during my frequent work travels. The hotel was clean, the staff was friendly upon my arrival, and the breakfast was decent. However, my last night turned into a nightmare. At 1:00 AM, I was abruptly awakened by screaming and shouting just outside my room. It escalated into a physical altercation that lasted for an entire hour. I called the front desk, urging them to contact the police, but my concerns were met with indifference. The chaos continued, and I was left in fear for my safety, unable to sleep. When I spoke to the front desk the next morning, there was no apology or acknowledgment of the distressing situation. Instead, they acted like it was no big deal, casually mentioning that they had received multiple calls from our floor. This is unacceptable for any establishment, let alone one under the Hilton brand. To make matters worse, when I reached out to Hilton’s customer service, I was put on hold for 19 minutes before finally hanging up in frustration. It’s clear that guest safety and satisfaction are not priorities for this hotel. I will not be returning to this Hampton Inn and will actively discourage anyone I know from staying here. No one should feel unsafe while traveling. Save your money and choose a hotel that values its guests.
