Checked out of Candlewood Suites and still dealing with pending charges that were supposed to be handled.
I was told over the phone that my deposit was taken care of, but I woke up to see it still pending plus multiple additional charge attempts. When I called back, the representative had an attitude, repeated the same “3–5 business days” line, and even gave me the wrong corporate number.
I understand deposits can take time to release, but the lack of clear communication and poor customer service made this way more stressful than it needed to be.
I just want transparency and for my money to be released as promised.

Very bad front desk staff, rude, non professional, dont have any respect to their customers.
Cam, who was there for the afternoon duty, hang up the phone on my face and when I arrived to the hotel he want me to humiliate myself to him or he cancel the reservation
Dont come to this bad place

In the plus column, the room was clean and had everything in it. It was nice and quiet as well, which is a plus. The guy I checked in with was really polite. Now in the probably won’t stay here again call him the water pressure in the shower was almost nonexistent. It was very hard to take a shower and actually get the shampoo out of your hair. At midnight, my first night there I was awakened to what sounded like somebody turning a faucet on turns out it had rained, and the roof was leaking in my room. I was on the top floor. I called the front desk to which I was told I would have to pack up and come all the way back downstairs to get a new key to a new room. So I packed up and went downstairs in my pajamas to get a new room. When I got there, the new room key wasn’t ready so I had to stand around in my pajamas in the lobby with all my stuff dangling off my body while the attendant says let’s see how do I change someone’s room? Once she finally figured it out, she offered me another room on the top floor to which I said no your roof is leaking. Won’t it be leaking in there too? So I ended up with a second room on a different floor. Had to take a handicap room that I didn’t need, but that wasn’t such a big deal except for the fact that when I originally arrived downstairs in my pajamas, with all my stuff, she was giving another room to a new guest when relocating an existing guest who had to bring all their stuff down in their pajamas, should’ve been priority and the key to that room should’ve been waiting for me. Once again in this room, absolutely no water pressure to take a shower. It would’ve been nice for someone from the hotel to bring a secondary room key to my door instead of making me haul all my stuff back downstairs wearing my pajamas. I understand that sometimes things happen and while frustrating it wasn’t so much the fact that the roof was leaking as the response to helping me out when it started leaking.
