Breakfast was hot and fresh with many choices! The staff was friendly, professional and helpful! Highly recommend this hotel if your staying in mackinaw city or close by.

I checked out of that one came here and they did whatever they could to get me in right away I had some issues with the heater but they came and fixed it right away everyone was super nice the rooms were super clean! I highly recommend this hotel!

Some of my observations: ━━━━ ☐ Breakfast guy did a great job stocking and keeping things clean ── ☐ Only 15min walk to far end of Main Street - but partly on streets due to snow (don’t know during summer) ── ☐ Many things in town closed during winter including Starbucks. No lattes we could find except in St Ignace ── ☐ Chase deal: if you have the Chase Sapphire Reserve card, you get one annual $250 off 2 nights (which covered the whole amount for us during off season) ── ☐ Ask for bridge view?! ── ☐ Decent breakfast - Oikos yogurt, Hard boiled eggs, bacon, b&gravy, apples, thick oatmeal, pancakes ── ☐ Cinnamons rolls are good ── ☐ Room close to Highway - noisy traffic ── ☐ Room gets very dark ── ☐ Kuerig in room only had decaf - asked at desk and reg on back order for a while now ── ☐ Coffee machine in lobby (and for breakfast) very slow - one at time ── ☐ Omelettes are decent ──
- ARAnne RichardsonMar 28, 20265.0I typically like Holiday Inn Express, this one is excellent. The staff, especially Jessica at the front desk, are great. The room was very nice and clean. The pool area was also very nice. Also, the location is very easy to get to, especially if you are coming from the North a they are the first exit of the bridge on southbound 75. We will definitely stay here again. Thank you for a wonderful stay.
