- ELEvan LacrossDec 15, 20255.0Just got back from a snowy weekend in Ludington for a hockey tournament. The facility was great for the price, but what stuck out was the staff. We were there with a bunch of teenage boys, and the staff was incredibly patient, welcoming and exceeded all expectations for our families. I could not have been happier with our stay and I would 100% STAY HERE AGAIN. 10/10.

I am in healthcare and definitely need a break every now and again. We go up at least twice a year. We tried a couple other hotels before staying at this BW. This is now the only place we stay. We have never had any issues. They are very accommodating as we prefer a ground floor room near the front (hubby is disabled and long walks are difficult). Staff is wonderful and kind. Rooms have always been clean (I always take a small travel pillow and the housekeeper incorporates it into the bed making-it’s the small things for me). I’ve seen complaints about the breakfast- it’s free, it includes everything you need to get your day started. I’ve been to high dollar hotels and not even get a smile, let alone a breakfast. This is a pet friendly hotel, although I have never noticed a pet smell, it could be possible and I know this ahead of booking. Dear owner- please don’t change anything, recognize the great job your team is doing. Thank you for always making us feel welcome. -The Westerfields
