- JJJohnson JohnsonDec 30, 20251.0My experience with the majority of the hotel staff was very pleasant, especially the cooks and the first set of housekeepers, and late night agent. They were welcoming and thoughtful, especially toward my nieces, who are 4 and 5 years old, and they provided toys and small gifts that made the children feel special. However, my interaction with the manager was disappointing. When I attempted to extend my stay, she became unprofessional and made false statements regarding my interaction with the staff, the condition of the rooms, and the behavior of my children ( who are very playful and active however they are toddlers and don’t pose a harm to anyone), I have photographs that clearly show the room was in good condition and do not support her claims. I believe these false reports may have been motivated by discrimination, and this interaction significantly affected what had otherwise been a very positive stay.
