  I was really disappointed with my stay. While the lobby is beautiful and gives a great first impression, the rooms do not live up to it at all. Our room was not clean upon arrival—there was hair in the shower and visible trash, dust, and dirt throughout the room, which immediately made us uncomfortable. The room was also freezing and never warmed up properly, making it hard to relax. Several amenities were either misrepresented or inconvenient. The hot tub was out of service; we were told only the jets were down and that we could still sit in warm water, but it wasn’t functioning at all. We also had to be let into the pool each time, which we were not informed about ahead of time and found inconvenient. Breakfast was another frustration. We were told it ran until 11:00 a.m., but it actually ended at 10:00. We missed it by five minutes despite having prepaid, which felt unfair and poorly communicated. The staff were mostly polite, though some interactions felt curt and not particularly welcoming. Overall, between the cleanliness issues, outdated rooms, broken amenities, and miscommunication, the stay did not meet expectations. Unfortunately, I would not choose to stay here again.

  we've stayed several times for family/ business travel. staff are always friendly and helpful. rooms are cleaned well and comfy. we have a well behaved dog and they welcome him with a deposit. well worth the price. Good location and exceeded my expectations with every stay

  This hotel has taken 700 dollars out of my account so far for a room that is fully paid for, no one is fixing it and the excuse or runaround is that they are refunding it ignoring the reality that it debits out of my account and can take 7 to 10 business days for the money to go back I am very disappointed that this issue is still ongoing and every day more charges appear. Fix your system may have to consult legal advise because this is not ok

  30 minutes into my stay and I can already tell the best part of my stay will be leaving. Between the person on the phone who lied about being able to save my reservation without modifying due to my travel getting delayed one day as a result of weather, to the terrible attitude of the night desk clerk who made it quite clear my presence was a gross inconvenience to his Internet videos. To the outdated room that match the quality of the service. It's slightly better than sleeping in my car, but not by much.
