The pool room at this hotel was absolutely nasty. There were lashes and used bandaids scattered on the floor, which is just disgusting. On top of that, there were no towels available in the pool area. The place was also filled with so many kids running around with no adults supervising, and they were using the safety rafts. Plus, the noise was really loud, making it impossible to relax. Definitely not a place I’d recommend.

Pros: very good sound proofing, not a lot of light pollution in room when lamps are off, staff super friendly, way more than other hotels I’ve been to, and breakfast has a lot of options. Bathroom shower head is tall, but not a waterfall shower head which is great for tall textured hair people. Hair blow dryer was strong and gave good heat so you can do a modified defuse. Lots of towels in a 2 bedroom queen room and the large bath towel is actually a good size. Place felt clean for how busy it is.
Meh: blinds aren’t fully black out, but they do a decent job. The doors are hard to open imo. Bed is on firmer side so con if you’re a side sleeper. Great if you’re a back or stomach sleeper. Rooms don’t get cold even if you turn thermostat down (I like to sleep in sub 70 degree temps).
Cons: over powering use of wall plug ins when you walk in (sus), shower drain was backing up each time we showered, wall receptacles were loose (damaged). Shower also doesn’t have enough storage space inside if you use a normal amount of shower products.
TLDR: would stay again. Didn’t have time to check out the other amenities so can’t comment on them.
Room deposit is higher than most budget friendly hotels I’ve stayed at, but due to the location, it makes sense they probably have had issues before.

I've had one positive experience and one negative experience at this location.
During a recent stay with a late check-in, within a few hours of being in the room I observed what appeared to be a bed bug while sitting on the bed. After pulling back the sheets and pillows to inspect further, I found additional bugs at various life stages on the pillows, sheets, and chair.
I immediately checked out after carefully inspecting my belongings. The front desk staff member on duty was very kind and apologetic. I was told I would likely receive a follow-up call the next day, but I did not. After reaching out several times during the week (as a Hilton member), I did eventually receive a refund, which I appreciated.
I am sharing this primarily so future guests are aware and so appropriate pest control measures can be taken to address the issue.
