TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE- DON’T STAY HERE! The pool was closed and we didn’t find out until after we checked in. The room was a mess and didn’t look clean. Will not be staying at the embassy suits again….very disappointed :(

Embassy Hilton Hotel has been lovely for us. With this being our first time staying, walking into the establishment feels like luxury. But can only give it three stars. For starting on a good note; the front desk worker (female) was friendly, bartender (female) was extremely friendly, can’t say much for the other staff since we have not seen them due to us wanting to not be disturb during our visit; but they did respect our Do Not Disturb sign. Free breakfast and free first complimentary drink at the bar was nice. And quiet hours were somewhat strict which is what I like. And the rooms have their own AC unit. Me and my family did four nights with our total be $400 which it wasn’t bad. However; to share the not so great experience, our room was “clean” with the curtain to the living room area having red stains, hopefully it was chips stained, the bathroom had some weird spots on the walls that I hope it wasn’t mold, living room outlet was cracked and the door to the bathroom having a hole on the outside but not big enough to see through. Bathroom shower head cannot be moved so some of the water was pouring on the floor and we were not given small trash bags for the trash cans. And then for anyone who does not want to book a split room, please do not let anyone with back problems on the sofa beds. It was very uncomfortable for me. And beware if your hotel room is beside the stairway doors, people are so loud when opening the doors at night and in the morning. Overall, the hotel itself is a nice stay with an indoor pool, restaurant, bar, fitness center, and free WiFi. I just wish they make sure to check the rooms before having it available.

Extremely poor management of this hotel! Arrived at the hotel to find the pool closed for maintenance for the entire weekend. Apparently they didn't think of notifying guests in advance. Staff not trained to handle unruly guests. There was a drunken party next to our room until 2:30 am. Notified front desk repeatedly. Went down to front desk in-person. Only 1 person on staff and I came to find out later, they gave me a fake name. Finally at 2:00 am, hotel staff solution was to move their room after 4 hours of lost sleep. Ultimately police had to be called to remove the people from the premises. Attempted multiple times to contact manager. Once I finally did speak with Eliza, rather than removing the nightly charge for the room, she only offered to cut the rate in 1/2. Because I was still able to enjoy all the other amenities of the hotel. Eliza, at bare minimum, a guest should be able to get a sound night's sleep. A guest should feel safe in their room and the overall hotel and not have to listen to a drunk individual, potentially on drugs, threatening to come next door and handle the complaint - especially when children are present. The front-desk staff should've called the police immediately, given the fact that those guests were swearing and belligerent to her as well. Eliza told me she would handle my bill when she arrived to work that Sunday evening at 11:00 pm. I did not trust Eliza to handle anything. She clearly was discriminating against me and I was not treated like other guests. I chose to check out on Sunday morning and just be done with it. There was another manager, Daryl at the front desk. Daryl was extremely helpful and accommodating. This hotel definitely has staffing problems and it starts with Eliza. This hotel is a franchise location and clearly they think they can get away with whatever. Clearly this is not the Hilton brand. There's a Hyatt close by, lesson learned for any future visits. Would not recommend this run-down, poorly managed/staffed hotel!

This was by far my worst experience at a hotel! The only good thing about it was that Dave and busters was close by…to escape to. We chose the hotel because its pool looked great and location…everything in the photos looked awesome, but when arriving… I had to pay an extra 25$ to check in early (30 min. Early) the ONLY reason we wanted to do this was to use the bathroom! We walked into our room and there was Zero Toilet paper! (After we used the bathroom!) there was NO soap, no shampoo, no conditioner, nothing! There was hair and dirt all over the floor and the sofa bad (which my son had to sleep on) didn’t have sheets, or any bedding and was dirty!!! There were crumbs all over it. We were in a hurry because of cheer competition… the other reason we picked the hotel is for its restaurant…. There was literally ONE person working the bar and the restaurant! She was running around like crazy and couldn’t serve many people…so we had to door dash food after waiting an hour! The pool was completely crowded and by the time we ate and got our food, we had 20 min. To even swim! As soon as it hit 10pm the security came over and yelled “kids get out!!!” It was unreal. I’ve been to hotels before and maybe 5-10 min past, no big deal. It was so crowded we couldn’t even get in!!! I told the front desk everything and emailed and they supposedly gave me points BUT I didn’t even receive many, and it wasn’t right to not reimburse me anything! It was disappointing and disgusting. Oh, and there were some MIPs being given out in a hotel two doors down from us to out the icing on the cake (and the halls smelling of pot)… I did complain, I emailed and I didn’t even get a response back for a week UNTIL I wrote again! The worst by far, I could go on and on…

This was by far the worst hotel stay that i have ever experienced. Came for a hockey tournament and we all got treated horribly from the staff for starters. Not only rude to the adults but also the children. Except the maintenance guy, he was the sweetest. How do we know that? Because we saw him often since we had so many problems in our room. Bathroom was disgusting. Look up at the vent and there’s toilet paper hanging out of it. As we pulled out the bed on the pull out couch, there was garbage EVERYWHERE. Empty food wrappers, popcorn and more. I’m not sure how there are so many housekeepers but the rooms are still dirty? And let’s not forget if you’re not on the first floor, get ready to get your workout in or you’re waiting 10 minutes for the elevator to finally get to you. This hotel needs a remodel BAD. And when it comes to breakfast, hover over your plates because even if you’re not done, your plates are getting picked up and thrown out. EVEN WHEN YOU’RE STILL SITTING AT THE TABLE. They don’t ask if you’re done, they just walk up and take things with no time to say “I’m not finished yet” because there’s already a finger in your glass. My personal opinion, if you can’t deal with a big group of kids, don’t partner up with a KIDS hockey tournament. I will never recommend this place to anyone. Very disappointing. I will say there was one house keeper that was AMAZING and her name was Jenise. Thank you for being so sweet to us and being the only good part about this hotel.
