This hotel is ridiculous. The staff always has 2 different answers for what’s going on. I booked a room package through booking.com that cost extra for early check in and late check out. I purposely called a week before to confirm early check in time and make sure I was okay to come early. The woman on the phone told me I could come as early at 7am. Only to get here and the front desk agent to keep repeating “check in is at 4pm.” I know what time check in is. But I paid for early check in and late check out. She stated they over booked. I need someone to explain why it is on the costumer that you overbooked? They have all of these policies in place but can’t accommodate their own offers. Why would you offer early check in/late check out in any package if you know you can not accommodate? I stayed here in the past but I won’t again and I won’t recommend.

there have been some bad reviews but, I found the desk staff friendly and good at their job. the room was very spacious and clean. bathroom was clean. microwave, fridge and coffee maker in the room. convenient, easy to find and reasonably priced. don't look at a 2 star review that complains about a slow elevator and believe it reflects the reality of the location. will stay here again if I get the chance.

I recently stayed at your hotel on the dates of November 8th through the November 9th My husband after checking us in and doing a walk through of the rooms noticed one of the panels off the wall, and the bathroom was dirty, and missing a remote control and only one towel (216). In room 217 the master bedroom bed sheets were dirty, and so I called down to ask if they could be replaced and the front desk representative (has dreads, but didn't get his name) assured me that he would send someone up. 2 hours later still no clean sheets. I walked down to the lobby to speak to someone, and requested the same service, he rudely starred at me and told me again that someone would be up. Fast forward another 2 hours later,  still no sheets, so I go back down to the front desk again, and requested the sheets along with a manager. The rude front desk Rep received a call over the walkie talkie and that person told him to mention there was no manager until 9am the next morning, and proceeded to tell him "ask her if there is anything we can do at this time for her," however the front desk Rep turned down the volume on that part and never asked how to accommodate.  Another gentleman walked up moments later and I asked for sheets again, and so he actually brought them up, and a few towels I requested, but the fitted sheets did not fit the bed. So we didn't have the proper sheets to sleep on the dirty bed. We also complained about the panel being off the wall, as it was a safety hazard, especially since we had our children stay with us. Also the pool water was dirty to the point it just looked cloudy and the strong chlorine smell just burned your eyes. I have pics of the panel, bed, and dirty pillow, and tried 3 times to have a manager contact me, and still no call or response to my email.

Easily one of the worst stays ever. Our second room had food on the floor (like, way too much for room service to not notice), hair in the shower and toilet seat, and the place was completely beat up. It's a party hotel. A friend in a room down the hall had bugs. Other guests were roaming around in swim trunks, dripping pool water all over the lobby and elevators. Yellow slippery cones everywhere. There was pot being smoked in rooms, and the staff was either oblivious or didn't care. Parties went deep into the night. Needless to say, I hope for more of a response than their canned "We're sorry, here's a link to all our global phone numbers". I handed this hotel $900 plus the restaurant (don't get me started on that experience!), and it was painful enough for me to take the time to write my first-ever review. Hey, Ganders, Appetizers is spelled with an "e". Zero attention to detail.

This place is a Zoo. Don’t stay here out of control kids birthday parties in the lobby. The first room they gave me was dirty, staff was rude my key didn’t work had to go to the desk 3 and it still doesn’t work. Elevator broken water all over the floor in common areas and the elevator. This is the worst Embassy I have stayed at. Definitely not in aligned with the quality of service expected by the Hilton Brand. I will never come back to this place, it’s out of control!
