I feel pretty confident that this was an isolated incident and with proper training by Quinton and his team I’m sure it won’t happen again. I’m leaving the original review only because this was such an abnormal experience with the door. Currently, I am locked out of my room due to the locking mechanism on the door, battery dying. The front desk clerk doesn’t have a key and no one can come to open the door for me.

And it was freezing in the pool area. But other than that we had a great stay.

The juices offered were really great. The presentation was wonderful. My daughter said that her breakfast was superb! We were especially impressed that the cook traveled such a distance in aggravated weather conditions early early to make time for cooking, preparation and serving with great humility and warmth. The young lady who works at the front desk is kind, patient and helpful. Only a true traveler can appreciate such great interaction on cold winter dreary days! Just thankful. ❤️ It seemed kind of quaint , but clearly it is also a place to gather strength as well! I pray that more ppl pour in because it is such a great experience! Thank you Best Western Livonia!
