  I had an excellent stay here. My double-bed room was very clean, comfortable, and well taken care of. The hotel’s great breakfast made mornings super easy, and the big indoor pool was perfect for relaxing. The GM provided outstanding customer service, and every staff member I interacted with was friendly and helpful. I also loved that the hotel has electric car charging stations, which made my trip much more convenient. Overall, a clean, welcoming hotel with great amenities and excellent service. I would definitely stay again.

  This is a really nice hotel with everything you could want for a comfortable stay. My room was extremely clean and well-kept, and the pool area was large, relaxing, and spotless. The exercise room had a solid variety of equipment and made it easy to squeeze in a workout. The staff was friendly and professional, always willing to help. I also appreciated the EV charging station on-site — very convenient if you’re traveling with an electric car. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of fresh, tasty options to choose from. Overall, a great hotel with clean rooms, good amenities, and excellent service. I would definitely stay here again.

  I do not recommend. I booked here for somewhere inexpensive to stay for a few days because we had a plumbing issue. 10 mins into being there we learned the issue at our house would be fixed that night, the room was a little dirty and felt yucky so we decided we would just check out and go wait somewhere else until we could go home. I told the person up front the situation and that would no longer need to stay. She seemed to understand and said they would check us out and to call back the next day to speak to the manager about getting our money back. We called the ENTIRE next day trying to speak with the manager so we could get out $331 back but he was always too busy to speak to us briefly. When he finally came to the phone that evening he said he would process the return, it would take 3-5 business days. Well here we are on day 7, we didn’t get a refund. We decided to call today to follow up, we learned that not only did they not check us out of room but clearly no refund was given and would have to wait for management again. I called corporate office and explained the situation. She also confirmed that it was not cancelled and basically was as if we stayed and was charged for it. She tried to call the hotel but it hey did not answer the phone. She said she would find another way to reach out to management. Times are tough right now and I just want the $331 back because we were in the room for maybe 10 minutes! Handprints and grease marks all over the headboards and fridge, carpets were clearly not vacuumed as we found food on the floor and odd smell it room. It would have not been worth the money anyway. I couldn’t even stand the 10 minutes!

  We stayed at this hotel during my son’s hockey tournament. Overall, it was an average experience. Don’t expect too much from this place. They do offer a simple breakfast, which is enough to start the day, but nothing beyond the basics. The gym was disappointing—the equipment was heavily worn, and the floor felt sticky and dirty. On the positive side, the hotel has a large pool, which was a nice feature for the kids. Unfortunately, based on this stay, I’ll likely look for a different option next time.
