    We stayed for a family wedding.Very helpful staff. Rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast had a nice variety with plenty seating. Nice swimming area, but the hot tub was closed.

    We came to celebrate our 23rd wedding anniversary. Expected a normal room at normal check in. The sweet lady at the desk said we could check in at 1 pm today instead of 3 pm. I told her her thank you very much because it's our 23rd wedding anniversary and that was very very nice of her. When we arrived she informed us she was updating us to the whirlpool suite and wished us a happy anniversary. She is such a sweetheart. Best Western is all around a great hotel. No matter what city they are 95% of the time a joy to stay at. We are very impressed and grateful and will always stay at Best Westerns. Lapeer Best Western in Michigan is AWESOME ❤️❤️❤️

    I called the lapeer location was sent to a third party was charged way too much 185 a room.One of the reasons we had gone there was because of the hot tub purchased three rooms so adults cold relax while kids had a good time well hot tub was down covered with ply wood. This was a family gathering

    Had a misstep with my reservation which was my own fault and Best Western staff was very accommodating and nice. Truly recommend a stay here!
