    Cold and heartless hotel in Lapeer. Wish I could post the video of the manager that doesn’t care, they give a domestic violence victim, less than 24 to pack their life up and leave , because soon to be ex husband with restraining order, showed up at hotel, that was not supposed to be disclosed to our whereabouts. Thank you for showing me how the people in the county that I have a home in, treat people.

    Breakfast is decent, has a small Gameroon. Booked through the main website and had trouble getting the right room switched, paid for king, got two smaller beds. Disabled shower kiss great everything else is very short, understandably. Update-2nd stay paid for king got two smaller beds, hotel couldn't make changes because they are a "franchise". Lady was very rude about it.

    We stayed for a family wedding.Very helpful staff. Rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast had a nice variety with plenty seating. Nice swimming area, but the hot tub was closed.

    We came to celebrate our 23rd wedding anniversary. Expected a normal room at normal check in. The sweet lady at the desk said we could check in at 1 pm today instead of 3 pm. I told her her thank you very much because it's our 23rd wedding anniversary and that was very very nice of her. When we arrived she informed us she was updating us to the whirlpool suite and wished us a happy anniversary. She is such a sweetheart. Best Western is all around a great hotel. No matter what city they are 95% of the time a joy to stay at. We are very impressed and grateful and will always stay at Best Westerns. Lapeer Best Western in Michigan is AWESOME ❤️❤️❤️
