You’ll feel right at home from the moment you arrive at our Lansing, MI hotel. Kick back in one of our spacious studio, one or two-bedroom suites and enjoy all the comforts of home including an HDTV, complimentary WiFi and a fully equipped kitchen. Each morning you’ll wake up to free, full hot breakfast and complimentary evening dinner and drinks* are served Monday - Thursday.

I made an online reservation. Somehow the dates on my confirmation were different from the dates I had requested. I asked to simply change the dates. They couldn't do that. They first refused to refund the prepaid room charges and wanted to charge me again at a higher rate for the dates I had originally requested. After I complained, they offered to cancel the booking for a $25 fee, refund the balance, then re-book me for the requested date at a higher rate. I will admit that the date error may have been mine. I don't even mind paying a bit more for the date I needed. But their absolute refusal to accomodate a reasonable change request without additional charges was infuriating. I will eat the prepaid charge, stay elsewhere and never use Hilton again. There are plenty of other options available.

I was a recent guest at the hotel Homewood Suites by Hilton Lansing Eastwood. Different times throughout the night of our stay my entire group was being harassed and/or threatened to be removed from the hotel. Maintenance and front desk came to our room threatening to call the authorities because of multiple complaints pertaining to that room from previous nights. I informed them that we had checked in the day of and that we had not been there previously. The encounter with said employees made me feel extremely unsettled, uncomfortable, and intimidated because there was no level of understanding on their end. The volume in our room was contained to only our room. We were not making a disturbance in the hallway during quiet hours. As we are a group of people celebrating an occasion; we were engaging in laughter, conversation, activities and just overall excitement. To be penalized, harassed, and threatened with cops arriving for simply enjoying the room that I purchased for one night was not the night I intended on having.
Upon checkout, we were met yet again with this same maintenance man urging us to leave after already being informed by front desk that we had 15 minutes before departure was absolutely mandatory. The intimidating, unempathic, and unreceptive nature of this particular maintenance man is the cause for my discomfort and frustration.
Due to this intense level of uncomfortability and lack of quality customer service, coupled with the unsatisfactory atmosphere; I inquired about some form of reimbursement for my stay to compensate myself and my guests for the inconvenience we experienced for the majority of our stay but was not met with a response, resolution, or even a genuine apology.
As a former employee of this establishment, I am deeply disappointed in the lack of accommodation, hospitality and support this team displayed.
Housekeeping and laundry made sure my group felt comfortable though 🤎

I stayed at Homewood Suites by Hilton in Lansing MI last week on Wednesday night.
I was very excited to see Welcome Stephanie on the tv in the room I was in.
That was such a great touch!
I had a great time, I will book a room again in the future.

I was nervous given the recent reviews but wanted to leave some positive news. Had great service. Room was clean and common areas were spacious and well appointed.
