    I stayed there with my family for 3 months after a fire at our home. One night coincidentally my vehicle and three other long term residents all had our windows smashed in and cars robbed. Definitely coincidental especially with all four of us being parked outside of the main entrances. Then even more randomly all the lights in the parking lot were magically shut off that night. ElPD told me it happens there often and it's a certain staff member. Yet 2025 and they do not have security cameras. The staff did nothing or showed no support the morning we all were in the lobby waiting on law enforcement to arrive. Stay there if you need to, yet I wouldn't leave anything valuable out of your sight.

    DO NOT STAY HERE — UNSANITARY CONDITIONS & UNPROFESSIONAL MANAGEMENT! If you must stay, check your bedding and mattress immediately!!!! I booked two connecting rooms (303 & 305) at Homewood Suites for my family after being displaced from our home due to a flood. We checked in around 10 PM on October 3, 2025, for an extended 45-day stay at $400 per night. Room 305 appeared fine, clean linens and no noticeable issues. However, Room 303 was another story. I noticed stains and residue on kitchen appliances upon entering, and later that night, I saw red food stains on the duvet. I requested fresh linen, but housekeeping never responded. The next morning, I removed the bedding myself and what I found was shocking. Every single layer, including the mattress, was covered in yellow fluid stains that appeared to be urine. The pillows were also discolored and stained. I immediately went to the front desk, showed the clerk my videos, and received no apology or meaningful solution. When I spoke with the manager, she apologized but told me their “protocol” was simply to steam clean the mattress. I found that unacceptable and requested a replacement mattress, which she refused. The sales manager, Kevin, later told me he would replace the mattress and have the room deep-cleaned, so I agreed to stay temporarily. An hour later, when I checked on the room, housekeeping had instead put the SAME soiled bedding back on the bed, including the sheets that had been on the floor and visibly stained with yellow fluids and my dirty boot marks. When I called down to report this, the general manager, Michelle, became hostile and told me I “did not have to stay there,” even threatening to have me escorted out because it was past checkout time. By this time , I canceled my reservation and informed both Hilton Corporate and the Health Department. To date, I’ve received no resolution or follow-up from Hilton (Case #253430472). This property is unsanitary, unprofessional, and unfit for guests. It does not meet Hilton’s brand standards by any stretch. Proceed at your own risk!!!⚠️ No one should pay luxury rates for conditions that could risk exposure to infection or illness. I wish I can post the videos because the video stills sufficiently show the stains and the disgust of the room! 🤮

    Stayed 1 night with kids & dog in a 2 queen suite. Was clean, updated, & had all amenities that we needed. Only complaints were the water pressure in sinks was the worst we've seen. Shower was decent pressure. And, a/c was very noisy each time it turned on, which was disruptive throughout the night. It sounded like an airplane taking off. Breakfast was good for kids, options were great & dining area was clean & updated. Overall, we would stay again.
